Brian was great at showing me what was wrong with my water. I thought my water had a lot of iron in it, it did not. He gave me options for solving my water issues without being pushy to get the most expensive option. Dan was very friendly while installing the system i chose. He explained everything i needed to know and was very helpful with questions i had. Rainsoft has a very friendly team of employees.

I was impressed with the service that RainSoft provided. When Brian showed up, on time, I might add.....he explained everything about my water that he was testing. Very satisfied from start to finish! I must add that from the time Brandon came and tested our water to the installation by Dominic and Dan was less than 24 hours. WOW! Very professional super friendly and knowledgeable team! Because our house is on a slab and we are still unsure as to where the water main comes in, Dominic and Dan had their work cut out for them. But they made it work they had to go as far as to dig in our well pit outside and put the units in it! All done in just a few hours, so happy they were able to think outside the box and get us up and running right away with good clean better for us AMAZING water! Thank you so much! My family and I are excited to see the benefits from our new system. I never felt pressured, and we got a lot of questions answered. Brandon did a great job explaining the test he performed on our water. We knew that we had rust, but we never imagined it was the least of our trouble! Brandon is very knowledgeable in his work and you can see the passion he has to help family's not only save money on detergents but the concern he has for the safety of family members and even our pets! It was so nice to truely understand all the benifits we will have from a quality treatment system. My family and I cannot wait to see the results! Excellent people, patient, they take time to explain everything in detail, and they are not pushy. It's actually kind of fun.

Best experience ever! Brandon was our representative, helped us make the right decisions in picking out what is best for my home. Was very descriptive and was very intelligent! Had the whole system installed a day later by a gentleman named Dominic Orangio. SUPER nice guy! Very fast at installing. When he was done with the inhalation process, he then took me to the parts of the house where we had the installation. Two very nice guys helped make our water better for me and my family!! You guys rock! Very happy customer!!!

So far, so good! Nathan and Dan were both very professional and friendly. Poor Dan had to work within the constraints of a fixer upper house with mystery pipes and leaks - and he never once complained. Instead both he and Nathan ended up with a jar of my husband's awesome homemade salsa - not something we easily part with! We are loving the clean water already!

We just bought our home and called for service to our pre-existing system..the office girls were friendly and knowledgeable! The tech that came out, Dominic, was amazing! we knew we had a bad problem. when to had a lot of rust. the water conditioner was almost 20 years old.so we contacted Rain Soft.they were hear the next day.installed a new water sofner. in less than 2 hrs.all question were answered.

We've had nothing but great experiences dealing with RainSoft of Northern Michigan. From the staff within the store to Brian who came out to test our water to Dan who installed our Reverse Osmosis system. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and were willing to help and answer questions regarding our water softener. We recommend these guys to anyone.

We had a gentleman come out and test our water. He also explained all of the systems they offer in detail, was able to answer all of our questions and was not pushy at all!

Dan was not only prompt, but he called to see if it would be alright to arrive a little early. Very professional and friendly. Installed my filter in no time at all. I am very impressed with the installation and the clean up. Will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

Great product and the demestration by Brandon was great. I recommend this to anyone with city or well water. Set up a demenstraion just to see the difference and you'll buy it.
