Wow! Super impressed with this company! We've always had terrible water at our house. We had a softener from sears and rented an iron filter from the competition. They helped but still had terrible hard water build up, yellow collar in the water and it smelled. Lisa came out to test our water and determine what we needed. Dan and Steve installed our system 2 days later. We still had a bit of yellow in the water. Jason came out to discover that we also have tannin in our water. Jason and Dominic had the issue resolved the next day. Crystal clear, order free water for the first time. Thanks guys. Great job!

Excellent company sales person came out they won the service guy came out the same day and installed what I needed they don’t pressure you into getting more than what you actually need they don’t charge anymore than any of the other companies I would highly recommend them

Great people and great customer service and the install was fast and efficient great company over all.

I found this company from a free water test offered by Home Depot. Crystal called with my results about a week to a week and a half after I sent in my sample. She did a great job of working with my wife and my schedule to set up our appointment. Nathan did a great job demoing the system and getting us involved and explaining everything he was doing. The install was the next day and Dan had everything up and running in no time. Dan did a fantastic job relaying all of the info about the system as he was setting everything up!

The Tech/Salesman should always be the case, Dominic, having knowledge on installation, really gave me a lot of knowledge on Water systems

Rainsoft was great to deal with. Maxine set up my appointment for the next day which was unexpected but great. Dan was on time right at the beginning of the scheduled time frame and got the work done efficiently. The system seems to be running great now. Thanks for the help!

Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Brandon arrived on time and was very informative while doing our water test. We decided to have a system installed Monday and it was scheduled for install on Wednesday . Dominic arrived on time and took the time to explain everything to us. He was very thorough and there are no leaks. :)

Excellent customer service. Service tech showed up when they said he would and was polite and courteous. Problem was fixed and I was very happy!!

Great experience with Rainsoft. Brian came out and showed me how awful my water was. The next morning our system was getting installed. The installer Dominic was very diligent on getting it done in a timely manner and even went above and beyond when he fixed a small leak I had not related to my installation whatsoever but so appreciated. Highly recommend Rainsoft!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Not pushy, but informed us of what we needed to know.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with Brandon's presentation and explanation of our deficiencies of our water . He was very thorough in explaining all of our needs . He explained what units we would need to correct the problems and also the other products that would help us in our daily lives. We are very thankful for his advice .

We would also like to express our thanks to the installation team of Jason and Dan. They were very informative and very professional. They installed two units for us. The first one at our residence and one next door at our sons residence.

My experience was great. Came in fixed what needed fixing and was out in the matter of a few minutes.

First, I talked with Krystal who initiated everything from the office. She was more than courteous and knowledgeable. An appointment was made for Nathan to visit our home. Surprise of all surprises for this part of the county, he was on time! This is remarkable for this day and age as most service people do not even call-they just don't show or call when the are late and then just show up. Nathan was very professional and up front with his presentation and tests of our water. We then asked when the system could be installed and settled on the next day. Dan and Dominick called and wanted to come early to which we agreed. The system has not been in one week yet but everything works and there are no problems. We are very satisfied and are learning daily just what this system can do. The system installation took Dan & Dominick 1 1/2 hours and there are no leaks!! Amazing.!!!...

They're great! Always friendly, on time, efficient...! The guys drove 3 hours to winterize my system today. But don't forget the girls in the office who are just as helpful and accommodating!

The Service was very prompt. Our installer did a wonderful job. He was very efficient and he explained everything completely. He was extremely courteous. We were very impressed. My husband has been in the plumbing and heating business for over 40 years and he was very pleased.

The women in the office were great, especially with us having to reschedule 3 times due to my husband being out of town and needing an evening appointment. Dominic was very prompt, relatable, and knowledgeable. I was amazed at how our water tested. Because of Dominics knowledge we will have a follow up appt to test the nuts and bolts of our current water softening system.
