Excellent customer service and products. Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable as he tested my water.Jason was very efficient while installing water system.Both were respectful of my property and time. Both provided clear and concise explanations of needed information.

The phone calls were good communication. Brandon was fantastic. He explained every thing in a way we could understand. I would highly recommend them if you want to understand what's going on with your water or if you are looking for a conditioning system for your home.

Dale came to my home. He was very knowledgeable and very nice person. He was not push at all regarding sell me a water softner system. The water testing that Dale did show me alot, about all mineral in my water.

Jerrad arrived on time, was kind and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the Rainsoft equipment. He went above and beyond during our installation making sure everything was done correctly. He took the extra time to install our reverse osmosis system in the basement, as requested, and ran lines to our kitchen sink and refrigerator to save room under our sink. He left our house just as clean and tidy as he found it. We are very happy with our new system and would absolutely recommend Jerrad for your install.

I scheduled an at home water test from a company(wolverine water) and they didn't explain anything or show me what was wrong with my water. Simply just came in and looked at my system and said it was outdated and gave me a pamplet to purchase a new one. Still unsure of what was wrong or what was in my water, so I decided to get a second opinion. I picked up a free test from Home Depot, put it in the mail and received a call for further testing. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out for my second water test. I recommend Dale W. he was very knowledgeable, super friendly and funny, but the best part was the hand massage with complementary soap! I'm not kidding! He took 3 types of water and compared them to eachother with multiple tests. One with raw water(non-softened water), softened water, and their softened water. Right in your kitchen! We were in need of a new water conditioner since our conditioner was 40 years old. I contacted RainSoft in Flushing on March 11, 2019 to set up an appointment to have water tested and to see what equipment they had that would meet our needs. Our 40 year old system regenerated every third day and we wanted to upgrade to a metered system to save on save cost. They set up an appointment for that same day (3-11-2019).
Nathan came out in the afternoon and did water testing. He went through different testing of the water and went over what he was testing for and then did testing on contionened water and filtered water. He made sure we understood what he was doing and was very patient with answering our questions. Nathan then went over what was available and why he suggested the conditioner and filtering system.
