Customer service excellent. If you in the market for a 6200 dollar water softener then these are your people! Came over did some super cool science experiments to show how your water is and teach you how to fix it. They have a whole line of water conditioning products from the 2200 dollar reverse osmosis system to the 1200 dollar Landry thing. I couldn’t see dropping this much, but if you have the funds seems legit.

Dan was very friendly and polite while installing the equipment. He answered any question we had and was thorough with explaining about the equipment. Brandon was also very helpful and polite doing our water tests and guiding us to the right equipment we needed to get our water safe for our family. We will definatly be referring this process for others!

They were professional, and informative.

Dominic came out and fixed a bunch of things for me that I was having issues with. As soon as rainsoft knew I had an issue they called right away and made a service call for Dominic to come out. I have to say I have never had service as wonderful as his! This kind of stuff is regular working on your house stuff and he went way out of his way to fix what he could for me. My tub is still leaking, however he explained everything to me and said he would come back to fix it all on another service call. I was so ecstatic! I love this company after 2 years they have truly impressed me! Thank you Dominic thank you rain soft!

I received a call from rain soft to have a service call sent out for free! The last person that came out told me I would be responsible to pay for anything if I had them come out again. Hopefully they can get this rust problem fixed
