The water tastes better, cleans better, cooks better, and makes me feel healthier. The installation was quick and easy with helpful and knowledgeable crew. Dominic cam over and tested our water promptly. He was honest and surprised that our water was already in great standing. He mentioned he has never seen that before coming from a well. He was honest and upfront, and did not pressure us in regards to any of the products we reviewed. I would recommend this company and their staff to be honest with you and offer you only what is needed and nothing extra. Thank you Dominic for being honest and taking pride in what you do.

The system seems like a good one, rather pricey, but good. The sales/water technician was not high pressure at all, which impressed me. The presentation was informative and the testing interesting. We will at least consider this system.

Dan came to our home and tested our water. We would not have thought we would've ever drank our home well water, but Dan explained the Rainsoft system and we were very impressed with him and his products. We purchased a water softener, a whole house filtration system and an RO system and we are actually able to drink our water, no more buying water!! Dan came himself to install the system, along with Dominic who also was very knowledgeable and polite. These guys are not a high pressure sales gimmic, they tell you like it is and tell you what's available, and offer recommendations based on your water quality. Its up to you, the customer, to decide if you want extra clean clothes, clean appliances, bathtubs, toilets, tastefree drinking water! Great experience with the Rainsoft team. The gentleman that came out (Tom...if I remember correct), was fast, helpful and upsold me on the Osmosis water treatment...I always wanted one and the water really is amazing. Hoping it pays for itself over time. He had to come out twice to take care of everything.

Dominic came out and ran the water test right in front of me and showed me what was in my water. Other companies wanted me to bring in a sample and they would get back to me in a few days. Dominic was very pleasant and he explained every thing that he did and answered all my questions. RainSoft Water Treatment of Northern Michigan was able to schedule the installation within a few days. During the test, Dominic wanted to know if I would drink my water. I told him that I would not because if it tasted any thing like it smelled, it would make me sick. After Dominic installed the system, I am able to drink my own water and don't have to spend money on bottled water. The smell is gone and I can tell a remarkable difference with the way the soap and detergents suds up and that I am using less than I used to. Great service explained everything very well courteous and professional

Within the past year I have made an earnest effort into removing a lot of the chemicals from my family's lives coming through food, soaps medicines etc. The drinking water Reverse Osmosis system and the whole house softener and water system was another step in the right direction! So pleased with the work and quality of the product. Dominic was super professional and explained everything. We had a great experience with Rainsoft. Brandon did a fantastic job showing us the difference between the hard water we had and the water we would have with Rainsoft. We purchased the system and they were able to deliver the next day. Dominick and Jason both came out to do the install. They were professional and very friendly. My husband claims he has noticed a difference in his skin and I'm very excited that I've gotten all the red out of the shower/toilets....hope to never see it return.

Rainsoft technician came out to fix 1 problem and noticed another and fixed the 2nd issue with no problem thanks Rainsoft for making a quality product and having great technicians.

The dishes and glasses are much "cleaner" and the team was great at changing some plumbing so we can wash cars with softened water as well as fill the pool with Rainsoft water. The true test will be when the weather warms up and I wash a car and there are no spots!

I had a good experience with RainSoft and their technicians. I picked up a water test kit at my local Home Depot because I was curious to the water quality of my new (to me) house. They called with the results and scheduled a home visit. The home visit was quick and easy and I felt no pressure to buy.
