Dan came and did a great job. Was it expensive? Yeah. But the professionalism displayed by Dan made me feel better. I know RainSoft is more expensive than other companies - but having a trustworthy, professional rep work with us was worth the extra cost to me.

Dale was very informative. Walked us through every test. Actually tested our water rather than 1 test that the culligan guy did. I would love to go with rain soft products however it’s not really affordable at this time. Especially being a new homeowners and expecting a little one soon. Money is all tied up. Discount the product under 5k and we will talk !

I needed an emergency repair on my softener as it was leaking and I was going out of town. My service technician, Dan, called me and was able to move up my appointment and fixed everything quickly. Great customer service always!

Was very pleased with service. Water softener seems to be working fine now. Seemed to be a little pricey though. Wish Dan had taken the door off of the top control as I can't open it far enough to read any instructions. There is a laundry tub and salt tank blocking being able to open door very far. Would like him to come back and remove the door

Steve and Steve came out, I would definitely recommend them. As they were about to leave we had an issue with both our toilets not wanting to fill back up after the water was turned back on and they stayed to help make sure everything was working. Super nice guys!

Our first RainSoft softener made it 25yrs before our well water won. We made an appointment for a service / repair call, after discussing repair costs we decided to install a new softener. Crew installed a new softener on the same day as appointment.

I called Rainsoft out to test the water from our new well. They came the same day to test and the next day to install our system. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more happy with the great quality of our water. Thank you!

Danny and his team did a great job installing our home iron filter and reverse osmosis. His customer service is amazing and they answered any questions we had along the way. Highly recommend.
