The Goddard School at Barker Cypress was amazing for my little girl. She was there for a year and a half before we had to leave due to relocating, otherwise I would have kept her there through pre-K! She learned so much and the development that we saw in her was incredible. All of her teachers were so caring and kind to her. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for more than just a daycare (and I would return my daughter there if life ever happened to bring us to the area again!) The staff are the warmest and most understanding individuals. I was going to list them all, but it would be every indivdWe couldn't have hand picked a better daytime family for our girls. If we ever have questions or if our kids need special attention, they are quick to respond and detailed in their response. We won't go anywhere else with our girls. Our experience at The Goddard School - Barker Cypress has been nothing short of amazing. There’s a sense of community there. The teachers communicate openly with parents, providing regular updates, and truly care about the children. They aren’t just babysitters, they are constantly doing learning activities and actually teaching. I can confidently say my child is advanced versus other children I know who are at other daycares or not in daycare at all that are her age because of her time at Goddard. I sent my son to The Goddard of Barker Cypress with the expectation of greatness. The school has been nothing but great! The teachers, staffs, and the families that are there are all sweet and loving. The two years we sent our child, we had no worries if he'll be hurt or experience negative things, he comes home with full of laughter and love. The Goddard at Barker Cypress has been like a part of our family for years. My daughter began attending when she was 2 and Graduated from the preschool program and has returned for summer camp. I’ve been searching new daycare for my toddler since we’ve moved and read a lot of reviews about this school. Despite negative reviews this location has been have, I decided to trust them once because I think the school does care and wants to improve and provides the best for the kids. I had my son transferred to Goddard school worried that he would be upset and not gonna like new environment because he’s been going to daycare just for 8months. I was wrong, everyday I drop him off his class and walk by other classes I see the teachers always smile at me and the babies, kids which that brings good vibes to me. I absolutely love everything about this school, from the front office down to the teachers. It’s clean and spacious, my daughter actually has a curriculum and I can tell because she always comes home telling me a fun fact or something new she learned. Mrs.Amber and Mrs.Mikayla and Mr.Fabian are wonderful, they all bring a unique way of teaching that just works.
My oldest went here back in 2017 and like now I never had a problem or was unaware of anything. They are good to keeping you up to date with your child’s progress as well as events. Overall just very happy with The Goddard School. Read more >

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I consulted with other daycares before signing up my son and this school has checked off everything on my checklist. Goddard has truly been a blessing for us. Initially, I was concerned about the lack of cameras, but the consistent updates and witnessing a positive transformation in our toddler have completely won my trust. I must give credit to Miss Vanessa, Miss Daisy, and Miss Elysa. they are all incredible and ensure that our toddler feels secure and content. We love The Goddard School. Every teacher has been wonderful and it is evident that they all love what they do and care about the kids so much. My children are not only gaining valuable knowledge but also learning essential social skills through collaborative activities and group projects. Our youngest has adored Mrs. Metra, Mrs. Neda, Mrs. Marie, Mrs. Rana, and Mrs. Juliet. Our oldest is a huge fan of Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Chelsea, Mrs. Theresa, Mrs. Gilmore, and Mrs. Jehan. On my particular case I think they have learned a lot of Spanish from them and they do a lot of cultural and science activities. My kids love Ms. Maria, I didn't even knew her until a day I was preparing presents for their teachers and I told them for who they were an my barely vocal toddler twins insisted the Ms. Maria needed a present as well, after that I went to school and I told them this story and Ms. Maria came and introduce herself. Would highly recommend The Goddard School, they do such a great job of hearing your needs and working with you! Ms.Rose and Ms.Stephanie are truly amazing and I got to see my son flourish so much and communicates effectively now. Our little one has been at this Goddard since she was 4 months old(now 4). She has been through every classroom since and we couldn't be happier with our choice to have this Goddard care for her while we go to work. The Infant rooms are top tier. The teachers now are the same main group when our little one was in there. The glow they have you know they loved their jobs. Those babies are loved on so much we still stop by to visit and get hugs in. During their Thanksgiving party(maybe xmas i don't recall) they invited families in for a little holiday meal/party. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law both attended and gave their stamp of approval. For my mexican suegra to approve of the care her 8 month old granddaughter received is a big deal. Both my kids went there for more than an year. And I can't recommend them enough. First of all, my kids were always happy when I drop them off and even after picking them up. They teach a lot of stuff and have a lot of great creative activities. The teachers are simply amazing, they took a lot of care for my little girls, I can say because they are very happy to go there and just by talking to the teachers, I realized how much they know about my kids. The front staff is great, always happy, smiling and helpful. I need to take my kids out as we moved to Fulshear, but my kids still talk about the teachers here even after several months. Absolutely the best choice for a learning center for your child. Both grandbabies attend here, one who is now 8 and my other who is almost 2. This place has been such a blessing to my daughter and grandbabies. The main person to thank in all of it, is Sarah- who is the owner. The Goddard School of Barker-Cypress has been great for our family. It’s a very safe, clean, and friendly place. Our kids love it there and love their teachers, and their teachers love them! My son has been going there for almost 4 years, and our daughter for about a year (their whole lives!) and we couldn’t be happier. They care for the kids as if they were their own. We have only been here for a couple of weeks but it has already made a HUGE difference in my 5 year olds temperament and behavior, for the better.
