The Goddard School at Barker Cypress

The Goddard School at Barker Cypress was amazing for my little girl. She was there for a year and a half before we had to leave due to relocating, otherwise I would have kept her there through pre-K! She learned so much and the development that we saw in her was incredible. All of her teachers were so caring and kind to her. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for more than just a daycare (and I would return my daughter there if life ever happened to bring us to the area again!) The Goddard School at Barker Cypress has been an amazing experience for our family. We have been to two other daycare previously and they don't hold a candle to Goddard Barker Cypress. The staff are the warmest and most understanding individuals. I was going to list them all, but it would be every indivdWe couldn't have hand picked a better daytime family for our girls. If we ever have questions or if our kids need special attention, they are quick to respond and detailed in their response. We won't go anywhere else with our girls. Our oldest went to kindergarten this year and, while we are still doing before and after care, we were sad that she was leaving the Goddard family during the day. Seriously the best. Read more >

Our experience at The Goddard School - Barker Cypress has been nothing short of amazing. There’s a sense of community there. The teachers communicate openly with parents, providing regular updates, and truly care about the children. They aren’t just babysitters, they are constantly doing learning activities and actually teaching. I can confidently say my child is advanced versus other children I know who are at other daycares or not in daycare at all that are her age because of her time at Goddard. I sent my son to The Goddard of Barker Cypress with the expectation of greatness. The school has been nothing but great! The teachers, staffs, and the families that are there are all sweet and loving. The two years we sent our child, we had no worries if he'll be hurt or experience negative things, he comes home with full of laughter and love. Our son is going to kindergarten and we know he's fully ready to experience school due to Goddard. We can't wait to send our little girl in a year. The Goddard at Barker Cypress has been like a part of our family for years. My daughter began attending when she was 2 and Graduated from the preschool program and has returned for summer camp. She has enjoyed reuniting with old friends, and looks forward to going camp everyday. I feel secure knowing she is with some of the same great teachers she had in preschool. Read more >

I’ve been searching new daycare for my toddler since we’ve moved and read a lot of reviews about this school. Despite negative reviews this location has been have, I decided to trust them once because I think the school does care and wants to improve and provides the best for the kids. I had my son transferred to Goddard school worried that he would be upset and not gonna like new environment because he’s been going to daycare just for 8months. I was wrong, everyday I drop him off his class and walk by other classes I see the teachers always smile at me and the babies, kids which that brings good vibes to me. The teachers of my son does do to the door to take him to the class, his previous daycare never done that before. Picking him up everyday see his smiles and things he learns from school surprises me. I absolutely love everything about this school, from the front office down to the teachers. It’s clean and spacious, my daughter actually has a curriculum and I can tell because she always comes home telling me a fun fact or something new she learned. Mrs.Amber and Mrs.Mikayla and Mr.Fabian are wonderful, they all bring a unique way of teaching that just works.
My oldest went here back in 2017 and like now I never had a problem or was unaware of anything. They are good to keeping you up to date with your child’s progress as well as events. Overall just very happy with The Goddard School. Read more >
