We have used Quality Carpet Carpet twice and both times we have been more than happy with their service. Our carpet looked and smelled clean when they were thru. They are very courteous, trustworthy and helpful with advice. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

I’m so happy with how the grout on my bathroom floor and in my shower look. My white grout was almost brown, no matter how much I cleaned it. Now it is white again . Also, the gentleman arrived a few minutes earlier than the hour window , which was very convenient. He was courteous and careful of my home. I will have Quality Carpet back again when I need my grout deep cleaned.

We have been customers for nearly 3 years now, and we are always very pleased with the service. Billy is reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. We call him around the same time each year, and he is able to come to our home within a few days. We have had wool rugs cleaned along with routine carpet cleaning, and we have never ever had any issues. We will see him again next year!!
