Billy was very courteous, punctual, and professional. He cleaned my one bedroom studio's carpet in less than 30 minutes, and was able to get rid of nail polish stains and tons of pet danders and oils. It also dried within a few hours and looked and smelled very nice. I highly recommend Billy and Quality Carpet Care.

Billy with Quality Carpet Care came out this afternoon and clean my carpet. We have had him out numerous times over the years. He is very good at what he does. He always does a good job on our carpets. He works very hard to get it right. He's also very honest. I would trust him in my home even without me here. His staff that answers the phone is very polite. He always does what he says he's going to do. We will continue to use him when we need our carpets cleaned. They're also good about responding to text.

I've used Billy at Quality Carpets several times now and am always impressed by his professionalism, his attention to detail and his availability.

Billy was on time, professional, and extremely friendly. I was amazed and more than satisfied after my carpet was cleaned. It was spotless and looked brand new. My wife, who chose you could not stop saying how smart she was picking you out of everyone else. Just a side note, she said it came down to 3 companies with all good reviews. But whoever answered the phone when she called around to ask questions was extremely friendly. That was the deciding factor for her choosing quality care. I am so glad she picked this one.
