I had Billy from Quality Carpet Care come out and clean a tile kitchen floor. He is polite, professional and on time! Communication was great and we are VERY happy with the end result. During a discussion while he was working on the tile, we asked him to look at an area rug that had stains from heavy traffic. He came back the next day and brought the carpet back to life. I highly recommend using Quality Carpet Care. Billy will take great care of you.
