I want to start with saying the communication was superior!! There was no slack in that. They came gave me a time frame and it was done in the time I believe faster than what was expected. My wall looks like nothing ever happed to it and the plumping was fixed right away. I really want to thank you guys so much talk did a wonderful job !!
I believe his name is REID .. He is the MAN ! He was always so polite, explained to me everything check that things was okay and got the job DONE ! Thank you REID I hope that was his name lol

We had our outdoor hose bid crack which ruined our bedroom. We received an estimate from another water restoration company but the estimate was insane which didn’t include repairs. We called Pronto and they gave us an estimate and they also repaired everything! It was a turn key service and we couldn’t be happier, saved us a lot of stress. Cooper also kept us updated through out the whole process. Great communication, thank you so much!

Cooper and his pronto team were prompt, efficient and got our hvac water damage cleaned up beautifully. His painters were also very professional and tidy. We would definitely use pronto again and highly recommend.

Pronto Restoration is the real deal.
We had a 2nd floor to 1st floor water leak (AC condensation). The craziness began just hours before leaving on a trip. When a trusted local realtor, Leslie Knutson, recommended Pronto Restoration, I knew we’d be in good hands. That said, they still exceeded every expectation. Pronto jumped in with a “we’ll get it done” attitude that never wavered.

Their team was not only responsive but communicated every step of the way, even while we were out of town. That level of professionalism and reliability is rare.

Their work speaks for itself: our downstairs ceiling, upstairs carpet look as if nothing ever happened. They dried out the water damage completely, repaired and painted flawlessly. Doing it all with reliability and attention to detail.

Pronto was absolutely first class with our experience. Our home flooded recently, our entire first floor flooded. Our living room, kitchen, garage, dinning room, and an office were all damaged. We called Pronto as a friend of ours recommended them. I called late morning to see if we could schedule someone to come out a look at it for us, they were there later that day and gave us a free quote. That same day someone was at our house and answering all of our questions. From the very first conversation, they were honest, straightforward, and reassuring. They showed up when they said they would, stuck to their word, and got everything done in just one week.

Cooper and his crew to the rescue! Came home from vacation to a leaking A/C mess and the Pronto guys assessed and fixed stuff very quickly, way better price than those giant national companies too. Super thorough, took lots of moisture readings, even the giant fans they used were quiet enough so I could still work from my house. Didn't leave until site was bone dry and it took then even less time than they said it would. A million stars.

These guys are first class. We had them handle both the restoration and contracting for rebuild. The owners, staff and 3rd party companies are absolutely fantastic.

Never want to deal with issues like this - major pipe burst. But at least there are groups like this out there to help.

Anyone that needs this type of help.is nuts if they dont use these people.

Pronto Restoration is simply the best, above 5 star!!! I highly recommend for 3 key reasons: 1) Local family owned & operated by Cooper & Kirby Chandler. I selected Pronto for this primary reason as I didn't want a third party contractor! I had to make a quick decision as my situation was a flood emergency, so I scanned several websites fast and immediately eliminated others due to not local family owned. I looked for a business that would take responsibility and pride in their work and was so fortunate to find Pronto. 2) Reason 2 is they are fast! I called and Kirby answered immediately & arrived within 1 hour just as specified on their website, 'Pronto' service! They worked from 8pm until 2am getting the situation under control and started the drying process ASAP so no chance for mold! Immediate service was huge criteria to prevent mold. 3) Reason 3 I realized later...

We so appreciate Kirby and Cooper Chandler, who treated our project with such caring concern, (a bathroom floor and vanity that had to be replaced due to a slow water leak). The water had dripped through the kitchen ceiling, which had to be patched and the entire ceiling painted. Everyone on the team, including Raul and Pancho were so personable, professional and precise -- taping the floors before painting, and hauling every scrap of discard away. They were like friends, helping us to move furniture that had nothing to do with the project. Highly Recommend PRONTO RESTORATION ... they are good, (The Best), guys.

Our house partially flooded due to heavy rain and bad drainage. Cooper and team were very responsive helpful with our issue.

Cooper and his team at Pronto Restoration came to our rescue Easter Sunday after we received over 8 inches of rain in a few hours. Water came in under our front door and flooded our entry way which leaked into the garage and guest bathroom. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. After five years and having four different people come out, Cooper and the Pronto Restoration team figured out how our water damage happened and fixed it! In just a few days we went from having a peeling, damaged ceiling, to fully restored and painted ceiling. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with water damage!
