Contacted Pronto Restoration to detect a leak and cleanup the resulting mold. They came out to the home quickly and took care of everything for a reasonable price!

Cooper was very responsive when I called with a hot water leak in our attic that had leaked down to our laundry room. Everyone involved made it a very positive experience with their professionalism, communication and attention to detail. They provided a fair price and peace of mind.

Very well informed about what was needed for my hardwood floors after my washing machine decided not to turn the water off. Even my dog Peaches thought Cooper and Reed were trustworthy.

This is an odd but good story. I cold-called Pronto Restoration Services for my mom who had a negative experience with another restoration company. I spoke with Cooper who took the time to explain everything to me. Then let me call him back with my mom on the phone and explained things again. She ended up not actually needing them after all. But that did not stop Cooper from checking back in with me later that same weekend. His customer service impressed me so much that I told him I would be calling our plumbers to recommend they use them instead of the other Restoration company they had recommended. Then another friend had a problem. I already sent her the contact info for Pronto Restoration Services. Pronto was a pleasure to work with to remediate mold after a leaky pipe was discovered in the wall. Very responsive and great communication.
They were also able to recommend a great team to replace the drywall, resurface and paint afterwards.

Best service ever and fast

Cooper was outstanding taking care of us . He was always available to answer questions and was timely with everything . Impressive on how they dried out walls with the paneling. They cleaned up all their mess of tear out floors .

Cooper was very responsive and started work on our flooded areas within a couple of hours of us reaching out, much like their name suggests! He explained everything very clearly, shared multiple pictures and videos of the damage and progress during the restoration process, and answered all our questions. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

They not only were at my home within the hour of me calling to mitigate the unfortunate water issue, but also was so patient in explaining every detail of the mitigation process. Really appreciated how Cooper and Kirby went above and beyond to make themselves available at all hours of the night to ensure I was made aware of current and next steps. Also, appreciate them using their connects within the industry to make sure my reconstruction was completed with the highest quality. Feel like they have become friends along the way.
