Pronto Restoration

Recently experienced a water intrusion problem at the residence whereas undetected a/c drainage backed-up and found its way between the slab and new LVP flooring. The Pronto guys were on site immediately, and wasted zero time to cut-off the flow towards further damage, and mitigate the affected area.

When we discovered a leak in our bathroom that had soaked into our vanity and walls, I asked a friend who owns an insurance company to recommend water mitigation companies. She recommended Pronto Restoration, and I am so glad she did.

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience. I did not realize when I first called that Pronto handled everything from mitigation through restoration, but they truly took care of the entire process.

The owner, Cooper, clearly takes pride in providing great service, and he has selected excellent people to work with him. Reid and Carlos were very careful when moving everything out of our bedroom and removing the vanity and affected walls so the blowers could dry everything properly. After our insurance adjuster completed his inspection, he
told me it was one of the best mitigations he had seen.

We recently had our water heater flood in our attic which led to it flooding our second floor. Thankfully we were home before it caused too much damage but we immediately knew to call Cooper (owner). He was over here with Reid very quickly and efficiently. They immediately eased our panic and got to work. The communication and knowledge they had eased our minds through this process. It was honestly a breath of fresh air to have them in our home in this time of need. Thank you Pronto!!

We woke up to an upstairs toilet leaking that ran down into the downstairs laundry room. I called Pronto Restoration at 230a and spoke with Cooper about my situation. He was very informative and arrived promptly first thing next morning to assess the water damage and began the mitigation process. I felt like a priority, even though Pronto was balancing other water mitigation jobs throughout the week. Cooper and Reed were professional and we could not have felt more comfortable with Pronto handling our water mitigation. They were my first call and I will continue to refer them to my friends and family.

Pronto Restoration is amazing. We had a huge water problem and discovered it at 2:30AM. Mr Chandler, the owner, came and started cleaning up. He has lined up repairs, talked me through the process, handled the insurance and explained the process. The different crews cleaned up when finished, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. As well as … on time. Mr Chandler called or came frequently to check on progress, as well as, setting up all arrival times. This company is amazing.
