We are extremely grateful to Cooper (owner) & Pronto Restoration for the OUTSTANDING job they did restoring our home after a pipe burst and flooded a significant portion of our home. From the very beginning, their team was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

They provided clear communication and guidance every step of the way, which made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. They treated our home and property with great care and respect, and the quality of their work was truly exceptional.

The restoration was completed with excellence and attention to detail, and we could not be happier with the results. We HIGHLY recommend Pronto Restoration to anyone needing restoration services after water damage or flooding.

We had a leak and pronto helped us with the water damage. They were extremely knowledgeable and detailed with their work, making sure to check thoroughly for anywhere water could have traveled to. We received a very reasonable price and everyone was a pleasure to work with. They were very honest people which I respect. Don’t hope to go through something like this again but if I do, will definitely be calling Pronto.

Pronto handled everything from the remediation of the water damage to remodeling, including negotiating back-and forth with the insurance company. It was a low-hassle experience considering what a mess the flooding made of my house. I'd use them again. Thanks Cooper!

We recently had a leak under our kitchen sink. Cooper from Pronto Restoration came out, after hours, evaluated the damage, and provided a reasonable estimate (half off a competitor's estimate).

The Pronto team arrived the next morning, on time, and setup the drying equipment. They also trimmed away wood damaged by the leak. After a few days, the equipment was removed. A date and time were scheduled to have the inside cabinet repaired. The crew came on time and got the cabinet back to good as new.

Our kitchen sink cabinet is now fully repaired and we are very satisfied with not only the work done, but the overall process. Cooper and his team were very professional and efficient!

Cooper and his crew with Pronto Restoration are great! They got here as soon as they could, explained exactly what they were going to do and when they were going to do it and gave me an accurate estimate. Cooper came in promptly when we had a localized buckling on the hardwood floor.. was very upfront and candid about it and connected us to the appropriate resources for the job..
