Pronto was very quick to respond, professional, and easy to work with. Hopefully we don’t have another leak, but if we do, I will call Pronto.

We recently had a leak under our kitchen sink. Cooper from Pronto Restoration came out, after hours, evaluated the damage, and provided a reasonable estimate (half off a competitor's estimate).

The Pronto team arrived the next morning, on time, and setup the drying equipment. They also trimmed away wood damaged by the leak. After a few days, the equipment was removed. A date and time were scheduled to have the inside cabinet repaired. The crew came on time and got the cabinet back to good as new.

Our kitchen sink cabinet is now fully repaired and we are very satisfied with not only the work done, but the overall process. Cooper and his team were very professional and efficient!

Cooper came in promptly when we had a localized buckling on the hardwood floor.. was very upfront and candid about it and connected us to the appropriate resources for the job..

Our laundry room flooded and was an inch or 2 underwater and Pronto came out within an hour to get our restoration started… they handled everything very well and made sure everything was dry and safe before the restoration process started. They even had a sturdy plastic sheet blocking off the area with a zipper so we could move through the space as needed during the drying process. The dry wall crew and painter that Pronto brought in were great and did an awesome job getting our space back to normal…. Definitely recommend!!

There were some glitches in the tear out, mold clean up and reconstruction of base cabinet under sink from a water leak, including a mistake application of a toxic sealant which had to be remediated with an air scrubber in the kitchen for a week. The company did everything they could to clean the air and hired an air quality testing company for data measurements to insure safety again. They did not charge us for this service. They are very customer oriented and good with communication and follow up.

Very prompt service even on a weekend. They did an excellent job and my hone was back to normal within a short time period, The owner stayed in touch and is
very knowledgeable. Super company!!!
