Dion did a great job! He was courteous and was focused on getting the job done. He had to run up and down my steps multiple times. He just kept moving. Clearing my drain was not quite as simple as we thought it might be since it was just a slow drain not clogged completely and he had a hiccup with the stopper, but he resolved all problems!

They took care of the problem in a timely manner. The only thing I did not like was when I asked if they replaced the part and they said they would send a full report to my management company

They called immediately after they received a request for maintenance. They were able to accommodate my schedule and came the same day to unclog the bathroom sink which works great now! Thank you
