Freddy was very courteous and showed that he was here to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately he was unable to find the clean out out side or inside the home. He had to reschedule our service To a later date due to having to go on the roof to do the job. We were very pleased with Freddy, but disappointed that we have to wait until Wednesday for service. We are in the process of completing the purchase of the home and this change will delay us.
