Freddy was very courteous and showed that he was here to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately he was unable to find the clean out out side or inside the home. He had to reschedule our service To a later date due to having to go on the roof to do the job. We were very pleased with Freddy, but disappointed that we have to wait until Wednesday for service. We are in the process of completing the purchase of the home and this change will delay us.

Pro Plumbing was GREAT to work with. Our water heater died on a Sunday, but they were still able to help me out and get me a super fast next-day appointment! Daniel was friendly, responded quickly and informative. The two guys that installed our new tank, Juan and Anthony, were fantastic. If exposed plumbing/gas pipelines could be considered beautiful, his work is gorgeous. We appreciated that he kept us apprised every step of the way, arrived when he said, and never left us guessing. Our home is 75 years old and the unexpected problems that arose were handled without fanfare. We highly recommend David and Pro Plumbing and will call them again when we start our remodel in 2 months.
