Problem: bathtub cold water was stuck on full blast due to a stripped part of the handle inside the wall [of an old building with old plumbing].
Solution: The PDS plumber showed up on time and identified himself [+wore a PDS uniform shirt]. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the needed replacement part in his truck. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Thank you knowledgeable and experienced plumber, you saved the day!
