THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO MAKE THE REPAIRS IN MY UNIT WAS ON TIME AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THE ISSUE AND WHAT HE DID TO GET EVERYTHING BACK TO WORKING ORDER.
