They did a great job replacing our sink and fixing the water pressure! Our kitchen sink has never run better. The only hiccup was that somehow, property management didn't know there was a 2x1ft hole left in the wall underneath the sink leading outside, so they never sent anyone to patch it. We ended up having to call and have them schedule someone to do the repair.

PDS Plumbing is who I use for my rental properties in Long Beach. They are responsive, through and fair on their prices. They inspect the job and take before & after photos/ videos for you, so you know exactly what was done. They also look for other potential problems while at the property. That has turned out to be VERY helpful to me. I've been doing this for a long time, and they are my "go to plumbers" You should too.
