I believe my experience is just a one off, however it shouldn’t go unnoticed. I’ve had nothing but issues since the arrival of my pallet jack. When it arrived, the front wheel was through the top of the fork. I had to beat it back in place. It hasn’t driven right since then. The battery itself wouldn’t last more than a day, they sent me a new one which required me to take the whole unit apart all the way to the circuit board to replace it. After getting everything back together, now the printer won’t work. I’ve been working with Fred trying to get things resolved, however he is out of ideas. My experience with Prime scales has been excellent. We acquired two weigh pallet jacks with printers almost a year ago and one of them started having some issues printing. I had one of the VP's reach out to me and he resolved the issue professionally, and promptly. I will not give names or exact resolution because I know how people can be and I do not want this company held hostage by prior resolutions. We purchased two sets of portable scales. Our first set worked as expected right out of the box but when we checked the second set, they weren’t pairing right. We read through the instructions that came from the manufacturer, but the instructions didn’t match the user interface. We emailed Prime USA Scales with a description of our problem, and they had an answer back to us in less than an hour. They walked us through all the trouble shooting and even sent us videos to help.
