After inquiring about having just my patio cleaned, I ultimately decided to have Precision Pro Wash clean my driveway and front walk as well. They were on time (actually ahead of schedule), all areas look great, and the price was quite reasonable. I am very pleased!

While I only had a small type of job, a large shed that had been discolored over time, it was still quite an eyesore. Ben and his crew treated the job with courtesy and professionalism, and when they were done, the shed looked new. Very pleased, I would highly recommend them.

Great professional experience by Randy and Andrew who did the work. They had tremendous work ethic and followed through on all of the areas we needed addressed. They came back a second day rather than rushing through the job in one day to give us the ability to write a checklist that they completed the next day. The house, driveway, stonework, and roof all look like new...and we live in a rainforest!

They were very careful to secure anything that might be damaged by the process, and to assure me that the spray would not damage my plants. It's the next day, and I can testify they were right. They worked fast and got the job done, so far as I could tell, exactly right.

I recently had my home's roof and sklights cleaned by Precision. The entire experience from quote to scheduling to the crew's cleaning to Ben's follow-up was first class. They do everything well. Should the 5-year warranty be needed, I feel confidant that they will respond with the same professionalism.

I needed a roof specialist and there were a couple in town. I called one and they were booked for over a month. But they kindly recommended this company. They showed up two weeks later., early, and cleaned my mossy roof and moldy rear of the house. We shared a small joke, which in these isolation times, was well appreciated.

We had a big job done by Precision Pro Wash -- roof / whole house / deck / patio / patio ceiling / windows. Just one person came -- on time and ready to go. By the end of the day he had finished everything -- and had done it all very well.

Except for the roof, I have done all of these tasks myself over the years and I know and appreciate what was involved. He not only did it in MUCH less time -- he also did it MUCH better!

Everything now is sparkling clean. He was always careful about what he did, and asked about potential issues before they became an issue.

As others have commented, they are not cheap. But the old saying is quite relevant in this situation -- "You get what you pay for!"

Wow! This company does a fantastic job!! There were a couple of different surfaces that needed to be cleaned and all look so clean. We have vinyl siding and the soft wash was definitely the way to go. I love that they don’t use bleach. They cover your plants and rinse everything after the initial cleaning. Mark explained their products thoroughly when he gave me the estimate and Ben went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with the cleaning. They did a fantastic job soft washing our porch & deck to prep for staining! Ben was so professional and took time to answer all my questions. I really appreciate that they use a biodegradable cleaning solution that is more environmentally friendly and got rid of the mold. We also learned the benefit of soft washing so it doesn't harm the wood (we did some damage trying to power wash it initially before calling them and the mold still wouldn't come off fully). I look forward to you all soft washing our house siding and cleaning our windows & gutters. Thanks again!
