The two guys on the crew were friendly, timely and professional.

One concern we do have and possibly this is a warning for the future. The overspray from the cleaning hit a few of our trees and plants, causing plants to wilt and leaves to die and fall off the trees. We're pretty sure that they will come back.

Not sure what chemicals are being used -- they certainly are effective on the house. But you may need to have your crews cover bushes and trees that are located near the house.

This company is remarkable. The care they take to prepare you for the job they are about to do includes providing information on the crew members who will arrive at your door including their pictures. They have had full background checks. There are very few companies I am aware of in this area that do anything like that. As for the job they do ... it is always amazing. I have been a customer for several years and have had Precision Pro Wash clean two decks on my home, including one that surrounds a Koi pond (which takes special care). The decks always look fabulous when they have finished. They have also cleaned my concrete driveway and have done an amazing job. I can highly recommend this company. They really do live up to their goal of providing not just a great job, but a true "cleaning experience." In fact - they guarantee it!

I was impressed with with Precision Pro Wash whose technicians arrived on time at 8:30 and by departure at about 12:15 left our house (roof, soffits, windows, skylights, siding, walkway, deck, railings) looking like new using their soft power wash method and solutions. We thought we would have to repaint the black deck posts as well as the white ones because of all the grime, algae built up over the years. Nope, just have all the crime disappear!

I had a great experience with Precision Pro Wash. They pressure cleaned my roof, cleaned my solar panels, and pressure washed my driveway in preparation for seal coating. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy in the least, just informative. The office worked with me to facilitate the scheduling. They sent an email with verified ID photos of the technicians who would be coming out to do the job. Then, when I had a question about a part of the work after it was done, a co-owner emailed me back within a few hours with a detailed explanation and a reminder that I have a five year warranty if there are any issues. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!
