Precision Pro Wash will be my go-to company for house washing. My white vinyl house, gutters, windows, porches and sidewalks have never been so clean since they were new (and we used to clean with pressure wash at least annually). The company from the salesman to the communication for scheduling and relaying insurance certificates and background checks with pics of who to expect was very reassuring. The staff who did the actual work could not have been any nicer and thorough and took care of the minor concerns I pointed out ahead of job. This company is AWESOME!

I was really pleased by the work David and Myers did for me yesterday. Everything was cleaned and looked very good. I was surprised how hard they worked and stayed with it. They was very social and did things as I tried to help with removing and reinstalling the locking floor in the garage.
I highly recommend using them as Ben and Lisa are very professional, prompt and courteous.

Myles and Jai were fantastic technicians with my home cleaning! They were there promptly each morning and worked without a break in order to get the job done. They took great care in moving outdoor furniture, taping all outlets, covering shrubbery and being super careful with our standing seam roof. They cleaned our roof, removed debris and sticks from the snow guards, power washed the exterior siding, trim, porch flooring and ceilings, as well as the stone work. My house looks as if it has been newly painted! I am extremely pleased with the entire process from first contact, to appraisal of work, communication from their office, and with the finished product. We are general contractors ourselves and recognize how professional and hardworking this team was from beginning to end!

Easy to schedule, excellent communication regarding timing and exactly who would be coming to do the work. Plus, the men did a great job on our windows! We will definitely ask them to clean our windows again in the future.

As usual, representatives were professional and friendly. The results of their efforts looked very good. Unfortunately they used blue painters tape to seal off the outdoor outlets before they washed the siding of the house. After the fact it was observed that there was a gap between one outlet and the house. When water hit it, a short and a blackened box resulted. Management was informed and they immediately said they would cover cost of replacement. I have not followed up.
