So, an update to this post is that after the work was completed, some of the paint started to peel off of the trim. I WILL NOT be using this company in the future. I still have to find a way to fix the trim on the house as it is not the entire house. I will now have to hire someone to fix the da.age they have caused. 😡 Read more >

Precision Pro Wash is a solid company. I hired them to wash my roof which had lichens growing on it. They treated and washed the roof which killed the lichens however after 90 days the lichens had not been dislodged from the roof as Pro Wash indicated they would. I contacted Pro Wash about the resilient Lichens and Pro Wash send a team to my house and used a low pressure water spray to dislodged the lichens. After men completed the removal they did an excellent job of cleaning up the detritus. I would definitely use their services again. Read more >

Our house looks FANTASTIC! This cleaning process has saved us money because now we don’t have to paint the trim. I do recommend going for the very cost-effective window service so the windows will just sparkle. They even taped over all the locks and doorbells before washing, etc. Read more >
