We had a great experience from the first interaction via phone, to receiving the estimate, getting scheduled and then having the work done. The team was prompt and professional and the house, deck, patio and gutters look great. I would use PPW again.

My husband and I are very pleased with the job Precision did on our roof and gutters. The gutters were a mess and we thought we would have to get new ones but they cleaned up really well.
And everyone we dealt with was courteous, prompt and professional.
I now notice all the roofs that need to be cleaned and I highly recommend Precision for the job.

My experience with Precision Pro Wash of WNC was outstanding. They are exactly what you want from a local business. Mark promptly came out for the no cost estimate and did not push additional services on me. The estimate was fairly priced so I decided to proceed. The scheduling process was very easy and well communicated. On the day of the service, the team showed up even though we had poor weather. They were friendly, carefully worked around our garden and fruit trees, and performed the work a bit better than expected. One big shout out - we had an issue with accessing a second floor gutter, so Ben made a special trip with special equipment to get to the gutters safely. We had Precision Pro Wash of WNC clean our house, terrace and side walks. We chose them because they were the most accessible of the companies that provide this service. No one else came to see what actually had to be done in person and learn what precautions were needed and unique to our place. They did an excellent job including taking time and care to rework tough areas till they were spotless.
We will certainly call upon them again in the future.

Every step of the process was very professional. They scheduled a man to come to our house promptly to provide an estimate. He was patient and answered all of our questions. At our request, they scheduled our cleaning project in advance of an event we had planned at our home so the house would be cleaned prior to our guests arriving. The two technicians who performed the work worked quickly and again patiently answered our questions. We are very pleased with the result and recommend them highly.

I used this company for : washing my house, washing my windows, washing my screened in porch and other porches, and washing my patio. I was very pleased with their work. I have a two story house with a cupola. The cupola has windows on all sides. I asked them to wash the cupola windows, also. They were ready to climb on my steep pitched roof to wash the windows in the cupola, but I would not allow them on the roof. They did the best they could on these windows. Very nice guys, worked hard and all day. I am not sure they stopped for lunch! They were careful of the foundation plantings around the house. They use a gentle wash system that kills the mold and mildew, then they wash it away. I was happy to have a "gentle wash", as I have a timber frame, and have already been told that the caulking is not very deep and maybe is missing completely in some places. I was...

They came when they said they were coming and did the work really well _the house looked a million dollars afterwards. Our only issue was the damage to one or two plants under the work, but otherwise good work at a fair price

We had Precision do a full exterior cleaning today. The crew showed up on time. Worked very efficiently and paid respect to my home (protected landscaping, etc). While the service is not inexpensive, I feel it is a worthwhile expense to protect and maintain the value of my property. The house is clean, the gutter streaks are gone and the windows sparkle. We plan to make this a routine maintenance plan.
