My house looked very nice when Precision completed the job. There were two "recessed" areas that were not cleaned but could be seen from ground level. I think had the tech used a ladder when cleaning he could have easily reached these two areas rather than leave them undone. Other than those two small areas, I was happy with the results. Precision Pro Wash did an amazing job on our home. We hired them to clean the siding, spray walkways and porch. We also had them clean the gutters as they tend to build up debris from all the moisture. After getting estimates for pressure washing my house I chose Precision Pro Wash of WNC. First, there was a personal visit from a sales rep, who with no pressure at all (pun intended) inspected my house with me, discussing his recommendations with my input. He identified several specific areas I hadn’t noticed that really needed to be done. He had me choose which items I wanted from a menu and gave me a very competitive price.
The 2 staff who did the work arrived promptly, worked hard and clean, and were good guys to work with.

The team arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly. They were very careful to protect all the landscaping around and near the house. As promised they returned two extremely moldy covered porches into structures that looked as good as the day they were originally painted. And what I thought was a clean exterior also was converted to pristine condition including the gutters and downspouts.
