Excellent service

We recently moved to Virginia and needed to establish medical insurance. As we were driving by, we decided to stop in to ask a few questions about the VA plan. Instead of just brushing us off with no appointment, we were greeted smartly and to our surprise Gavin came out to discuss our situation. He dropped everything and helped some "walk-ins". He took detailed time and did not rush us at all!! Needless to say, we walked out with medical insurance, and we were happy with the detail Gavin provided and the plan he recommended.
