Crystal White at Phil Hager Insurance Agency is the best. She helped us move agencies from our move to the lake and also found better coverage for our boat. We have homeowners on our primary residence, shed on a different lot, vehicle, and boat coverage with them Crystal is quick to respond whether I call,text, or email and gets things done very quickly. So glad to find a local agency with such great service.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service. We own a second home at Smith Mountain Lake with our daughter. The current carrier was dropping us as they did not want to cover a home that was a rental part of the year. This was explained to Crystal who quickly found a carrier and a policy that fit our needs. We communicated via email, made a few adjustments w the coverage, and within two days had arranged for a policy to replace our current one at a very competitive rate.
