We are so incredibly happy with the new underground fence installed for our pup Max! Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about this company! The options available for our land layout were explained well, the installation was done respectfully of our property, they were on time and explained EVERYTHING even things we hadn't thought of! Muharem & Brad are outstanding! The initial training was perfect and no question went unanswered. Max has been LOVING the ability to play fetch in the yard and roam around with us and we have been loving the confidence in knowing Max is safe. There are simply not enough words to say how happy we are AND... all made in the USA!

Billy was amazing. He was excellent with my dog Reggie. He explained everything to me without me even having to ask him. I have the Invisible fence and after 1 training he now stays in the yard and is very happy to run free. Billy thank you so much for teaching me and Reggie how he can run free. Your the best.

We bought our house in 2017 and it already had an Invisible Fence system installed on the property, but we had no idea if it worked and we didn't have a collar. We just adopted a dog who was wandering into the neighbors' yards and were looking to see if we could use the existing system. Even though they don't sell Invisible Fence themselves, Pet Stop came out within a few days of my initial call, and all in one visit, were able to: test out the old system, fix what was broken at minimal cost, make it compatible with their dog collar, flag off the entire property of the existing wire, and do the initial training with my dog and I on the fence and collar. They are extremely friendly, thorough, professional, and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone with either an existing fence or looking to start from scratch. Great company.

We highly recommend Pet Stop. We were initially referred to them by our neighbors who love their Pet Stop fence. After meeting Terry and learning about their product we decided to go with them for our energetic dog Ruby (Whoodle). We were impressed by the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of all the Pet Stop staff.

Our dog Ruby took some time adapting to her new boundaries. However working with Billy and Bringo helped get Ruby fully trained to our fence and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Billy and the team were a pleasure to work with and provided clear demonstration of the proper techniques to train our dog. PetStop was awesome! We moved into a new house and they were able to get us a fast install,. Their training (day of and follow up) were great! All the guys were amazing, but Billy was unbelievable with the follow-up training and his "distraction" dog!

We got quotes from 3 other companies and PetStop was the best price, as well as accommodating our last minute, winter install. And as a bonus, unbeknownst to us, the house had an existing (10+ year) old PetStop system and we were able to reuse some of the hardware, saving us some money.

Pet Stop installed an electric security fence for our new puppy. I would highly recommend them. Each member of the team is professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Their system and training is effective.

We have had the fence for about 3 1/2 months at this point and it has been a fake changer for the dogs! Billy who did the install and training was great! He was polite and knowledgeable...he answered any questions before we even had to ask!
Out make was able to cross the fence really soon in to using it and after one phone call they came out and adjusted things and it has been perfect ever since!

Our Invisible Fence brand fence began corroding and breaking and at the same time the controller failed. Our good friend Betsy Hansen recommended Pet Stop and we knew how flexible their system was since she had programmed our other dogs to her system when dog sitting. That’s really cool! Billy and Bringo were right on time, fixed the breaks, replaced the controller and collar with Pet Stop brand equipment an Freddie is free to roam again. Thanks Billy and Bringo 🐾

Jenny and Lacey are loving the freedom to roam the yard and just hang out. I would highly recommend PetStop of Northern New England for an in-ground fence. Our older dogs took to the training very well and the staff at PetStop are very helpful and informative.

We are so happy with our decision to go with PetStop for our invisible fence! They trained our dog after the installation was complete, and he caught on immediately. The cost seemed super reasonable, too, especially compared to the possible cost of fencing our large yard. Now getting stuck in the hammock while outside alone is the biggest risk this doofus faces!

We recently had an invisible fence installed for our two dogs. Pet Stop came out to meet with us and was very informative and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. The representative who came to install the fence was amazing as well! He did an excellent job installing and spent a lot of time teaching us how to train the dogs. We could not have been happier with our experience and we highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in installing a dog fence!

We have used Pet Stop of NNE for the past 5 years. They originally came out to our home for our dog Otis. The workers were thorough and professional and clearly had a love for dogs. The training they provided was precise and Otis caught on immediately. We were 100% satisfied and felt so comfortable leaving Otis outside for extended periods of time. We moved homes so we had Pet Stop out to install in the new home for Otis. Again, we were so pleased with the workers, the outcome and the feeling of knowing Otis was safe in our yard on a busy street. We had to call Pet Stop again due to our lines getting ripped up because of work being done in our yard, they were out within an appropriate time frame to rewire. During COVID we decided to get a puppy so once AGAIN we needed Pet Stop to come out and Flag & Train our new puppy, Ace. Muharem, the Tech came out and spent such quality time...

We have used Pet Stop dog fencing for over 20 years. We treasure our yellow labs and did a lot of research before meeting Wayne and working with Terry. They have installed a fence around our home and also one in Maine at our cottage. Every time we have called they have responded quickly and the products they use are fantastic. We know they love animals and want to protect our dogs . Just watching them train each one with all those flags! Knowing we can let our dogs out and they are safe is very reassuring.

After lightning struck our property we found our fence had been hit in two sections. Pet Stop came out and did a phenomenal, timely and quick job to diagnose and repair the issue. The when my husband and I were doing yard maintenance we accidentally caused another break in our fence. Pet stop came out within days and found a second break in the rear of our home, that our pet collar was no longer functional and re-flagged several sections of our home. Pet Stop did not originally install our fence but we have called them for all repairs and work we’ve needed done since buying our home with a pre-existing pet fence. They have been phenomenal with response time, repair work and over the top customer service.

These folks are fantastic. The technician recently came to our house to fix the fence that was damaged during some landscaping. The gentleman was professional and polite and immediately troubleshot the problem and fixed it. Can’t recommend them enough.

We dealt with Bill. If I owned a company this is the guy I would want at the helm when I wasn't around. Bill treats his job with courtesy and professionalism that is unmatched.
