Jenny and Lacey are loving the freedom to roam the yard and just hang out. I would highly recommend PetStop of Northern New England for an in-ground fence. Our older dogs took to the training very well and the staff at PetStop are very helpful and informative.

We are so happy with our decision to go with PetStop for our invisible fence! They trained our dog after the installation was complete, and he caught on immediately. The cost seemed super reasonable, too, especially compared to the possible cost of fencing our large yard. Now getting stuck in the hammock while outside alone is the biggest risk this doofus faces!

We recently had an invisible fence installed for our two dogs. Pet Stop came out to meet with us and was very informative and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. The representative who came to install the fence was amazing as well! He did an excellent job installing and spent a lot of time teaching us how to train the dogs. We could not have been happier with our experience and we highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in installing a dog fence!

We have used Pet Stop of NNE for the past 5 years. They originally came out to our home for our dog Otis. The workers were thorough and professional and clearly had a love for dogs. The training they provided was precise and Otis caught on immediately. We were 100% satisfied and felt so comfortable leaving Otis outside for extended periods of time. We moved homes so we had Pet Stop out to install in the new home for Otis. Again, we were so pleased with the workers, the outcome and the feeling of knowing Otis was safe in our yard on a busy street. We had to call Pet Stop again due to our lines getting ripped up because of work being done in our yard, they were out within an appropriate time frame to rewire. We have used Pet Stop dog fencing for over 20 years. We treasure our yellow labs and did a lot of research before meeting Wayne and working with Terry. They have installed a fence around our home and also one in Maine at our cottage. Every time we have called they have responded quickly and the products they use are fantastic. We know they love animals and want to protect our dogs . Just watching them train each one with all those flags! Knowing we can let our dogs out and they are safe is very reassuring.

After lightning struck our property we found our fence had been hit in two sections. Pet Stop came out and did a phenomenal, timely and quick job to diagnose and repair the issue. The when my husband and I were doing yard maintenance we accidentally caused another break in our fence. Pet stop came out within days and found a second break in the rear of our home, that our pet collar was no longer functional and re-flagged several sections of our home. Pet Stop did not originally install our fence but we have called them for all repairs and work we’ve needed done since buying our home with a pre-existing pet fence. They have been phenomenal with response time, repair work and over the top customer service.

These folks are fantastic. The technician recently came to our house to fix the fence that was damaged during some landscaping. The gentleman was professional and polite and immediately troubleshot the problem and fixed it. Can’t recommend them enough.

We dealt with Bill. If I owned a company this is the guy I would want at the helm when I wasn't around. Bill treats his job with courtesy and professionalism that is unmatched. Shout out to Pet Stop for another seamless and effortless fence installation and training for our new pup Emma! This is our third dog using their services and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had expanded our yard to almost double the size from our past dogs and they worked with our existing equipment when possible and used new when needed. Pricing is excellent as well! They are a true pleasure to work with, from the office to installation crew to Billy for training with his dog Bringo. We now have peace of mind knowing our Emma can safely stay and play in our yard. The entire process was seamless and simple beginning with Terri, to the installation with two quick and helpful technicians, and then later working with Billy on our final training. Pet Stop of NNE went above and beyond for our older pup who had an unrelated unfortunate accident, to ensure he was well taken care of and trained up with his new fence. They were polite, friendly, and attentive to the "tweaks" I wanted to make - no hidden fees, no "gotchas" -- even made sure I was reminded of some features and settings -- I was DELIGHTED working with them.

We had the pleasure of working with Bill HERRETT for our final training today. Bill is very very good at what he does for a living. Terry and Billy have been really wonderful to work with! We actually have our cats trained to stay within the pet stop fence that we had Pet Stop install about 10 years ago and it works great! We have 6 acres of land so we had the fence installed with a good amount of roaming territory for our fur babies yet kept it safe away from coyote territory. Recently, my Dad passed and we inherited his furbaby Joey, who is precious to us. Now we have begun the training with him and its going along just fine! Absolutely the best decision we ever made for our girl!!! One day she trotted down our driveway, tail wagging, so excited to say hi to a neighbor who was jogging by, and instead of making a new friend, she got hit HARD in the face by this woman’s hand weight, causing her eye to immediately swell completely shut and a very confused and scared puppy to come running sadly back up to our house, whimpering in pain.
