I have been a customer of Pet Stop of Northern New England since 2003. They were amazing when they installed our first fence in that year. Since then, they have come to help train two other dogs on this same fence. Having an electric fence for my dogs has been, hands down, the best money I have ever spent. Randomly, a few years ago, one of my dogs started to leave the yard even when wearing his collar. They called me back right away and came to help train the dog and he had to start using a different collar. They are so knowledgeable and the fix of the new collar worked immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I have had this fence for my German Shepherd for about 8 years. The collar the the fence both work as well as the day they were installed. I have just added a new dog to my family and when she was the appropriate age I called them to fit a collar for my younger dog! An excellent company to work with- they have an on call call center to address any and all of your questions! I would recommend this to anyone who has a dog and would like to give them freedom but still keep them safe

We were looking at different types of fencing for our new dog and found some of our neighbors were using an invisible fence from pet stop and realized it could be the solution for us. We contacted Pet stop and found they are knowledgeable and experienced. The planning for where to place the fence was a collaborative process and their expertise was very valuable. The installation was quick and the training was as fun ( for the humans).
The system has provided peace of mind for our family knowing our dogs are safely on the yard.
When we added a 2nd dog, all we had to do is call and get another collar and we already knew how to train the new dog.
Anytime you have a question, you can just call and speak with someone and get an answer.

I have been using this company for over 20 years. They are a great company and are so good with the dogs and making the owners feel comfortable about using the fence. It is so nice when your dog can run around off leash and be safe doing so. I would recommend this company and product to anyone who wants to give their fur baby free run of the yard.

The Pet Stop employees are so friendly both on the phone and in person. Mo was a terrific installer/trainer. He was so good with our puppy and made the training very clear to us. Pet Stop of NNE seems to be a very organized company.

Prompt professional service.

Rob and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They are available to answer any and all questions, and were very thorough in explaining all of our options as well as how to use our new invisible fence. They came for two training sessions, which were very helpful. I cannot say enough about them so far!

We adopted a hound with a lot of energy, they were able to come out and lay the wire, even though the ground was frozen and there was still snow, just so I could get him trained on it and he could be safe. Training was very thorough and within 2-3 weeks our new dog was off leash in the yard. They will be back in the spring to bury the wires once they can work the ground. So far very happy!

Pet stop has been great. We have had their electric fence for 5 years now and our dog does not leave the yard. They did a great job with the training and have been very responsive anytime we have had a question or problem with the collar. They came today to train our new dog and did a great job.

I had them install the original invisible fence in our large yard back then and have not had any problems since. We just added a new dog to our family and needed training plus a new collar for him. Pet Stop has been awesome!! We have used them for 2 dogs and they are coming to help us train our new pup this week. One dog was stubborn about the fence and they were excellent at working with us to get him adjusted to the fence. They provide amazing customer service. I love that a human being answers the phone and they have always been available to help us troubleshoot issues with the fence and collars and also help with training the dogs. I love the peace of mind of letting the dogs enjoy the yard and knowing they are totally safe and secure.
