From the first meeting with owner Rob Ashworth, my wife and I were set at ease with the explanations and surety that Pet Stop Electronic Fencing would keep our Dog Jack safe and free to run. We could not be more happy from the support of the office staff to the installers and trainers who spent time with my wife and I and our dog Jack ensuring that he would be safe. The team was professional. Installation was clean and well done. Training sessions were thorough, clear, and hands-on. The team showed care for both our dog and us the owners. Couldn't be happier knowing that our rescue dog is safe and happy in our yard that abuts a main road.

Pet Stop installed our fence 10 years ago for our Golden puppy and then came out again 2 years ago to help us train a new puppy. Both times they were very thorough! Our 2nd dog is much smaller and they adjusted things and helped with how the differences would work. We have never had a problem with the fence installation in all these years!
A couple of times landscapers clipped the underground wire and they were right back here to help within a day, and putting new flags up.
Their communications with battery renewals is amazing - I never have to think about it - it just arrives!!
We have recommended Pet Stop to many friends and we are so happy knowing our dogs are protected at all times on our busy road!

This company goes above and beyond! Their product works awesome, and their service is number 1! We have had our dog, Piper, on this fence system for 7 years without a hitch. The one time we accidentally disrupted the line, the technicians were out in a day to make the repairs. Love this company and highly recommend!

Billy and Jake came out today to install our underground dog fence and we couldn’t be more pleased with their knowledge, service, professionalism, and thoroughness. We have a tricky property and they took their time to walk us through the best course of action, answered all our questions and did an amazing job. They then worked directly with our border collie to make sure she understood the boundaries. Couldn’t be happier with our overall experience!

These guys are top notch! We are super lucky to have found such a great place with an amazing group of talented professionals. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and very quick to respond with any questions we had about training our dogs. I highly recommend this company! We had our dogs off the leash in less than 3 weeks! It has been a year now that we have had the fence installed and our pets are doing great! We still continue to have great service with the staff at pet stop any time we have a question or need them to come out they respond in a timely manner! Pet Stop installed an invisible fence for us about 14 years ago. It is still working great. A coupler of times, we had breaks due to landscaping, but they came out and fixed it in a timely manner. Would recommend them.

They were quick with the installation and very good about the training afterwards. Often now we don’t have to worry about the collar being on our dog, he will stay in the yard. The battery plan they have is great, reminds you when you need to change them.

Love these people have been a customer for a least 20 years always great service. They have installed 2 dog fences for us one in Chester and one at our new house in the lakes region . They stand by their products and are always prompt to send us batteries and supplies when we need them.

We've had a Pet Stop invisible fence for about 10 years now in our rural Byfield property and I couldn't recommend them enough! Installation was efficient and the training for our dogs was thorough. Since our initial installation, we've added a few dogs to our family and the process of training, swapping around collars and setting up new collars was super easy. I love that they are a local business and a real person (Melissa :) answers the phone each time. They've been so patient with me with having to adjust our base unit with new dogs. It's been a great experience.

The fence works great and there are many nice features compared to some basic models. The fence works very well for my German shepherd and the company has great service and very reasonable prices for their product and work. No problems with the fence and we’ve had it for almost 9 years!

Best thing that we’ve done for our Dane. She has so much freedom to roam around the yard.
