After finding a bunch of teeny-tiny ants in the kitchen of my newly-purchased home, I called based on the recommendation of a friend. I am SO glad I did. The receptionist was kind and friendly and able to get a technician out to me the very next day! My technician Jordan has been great! He is friendly, quick, and explained the process very well! He is always on time! I’m even happier to report that there have been ZERO ants in my kitchen! Jordan has been out to my house 3 times so far, and each time I get a follow up call from the office to make sure I am satisfied with my service- what an outstanding personal touch that shows just how dedicated this company is to excellent customer service!

We just bought a house and have not even moved in but the inspection report indicated some rodent action. We got to our house a few minutes early and Chris was already there. Entry to our attic is a very small, tight space that required quite a bit of effort even to get up to take an initial look. Chris just persisted until he felt that he understood what was going on. He determined how the rats were getting into the house, what we need to do to solve the issue and will be back to monitor the bait stations - all with a very pleasant demeanour. We appreciated all the work and continued support!
