These guys are quick! They were able to cut a check to my parents and close within two weeks of accepting their offer. We were in a bind and needed to sell my parents house quickly. There were many needed repairs and we didn't have the money to fix. These guys bought the house as-is and I didn't have to clean it nor do anything to it. We didn't know what we were going to do with my dad's non-working van that was sitting in the carport and they took care of that too! They were very patient while I worked on getting the title for the house. And they are very convenient. Three times they came to me (pick up keys, pick up van title and pick up house title). It was really nice that they would come to me instead of making me come to them. These guys are professional, courteous and really easy to work with. I'm thankful to the PDX Team for all their help with this process.
