It was almost too easy working with PDX Renovations and Logan. Everything went very smoothly and they made sure to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were not pushy at all and it was a quick and painless process. I highly recommend them!

These guys are quick! They were able to cut a check to my parents and close within two weeks of accepting their offer. We were in a bind and needed to sell my parents house quickly. There were many needed repairs and we didn't have the money to fix. These guys bought the house as-is and I didn't have to clean it nor do anything to it. We didn't know what we were going to do with my dad's non-working van that was sitting in the carport and they took care of that too! They were very patient while I worked on getting the title for the house. And they are very convenient. Three times they came to me (pick up keys, pick up van title and pick up house title). It was really nice that they would come to me instead of making me come to them. These guys are professional, courteous and really easy to work with. I'm thankful to the PDX Team for all their help with this process.

I saw an ad for PDX Renovations and was in the market to sell my condo. Needed to move fast with other plans approaching. PDX came in and from the start helped me get things done quickly and for a deal that was fair to help me with my future plans. The person I worked closely with during this process was Stephanie Gibson. She was amazing and one person I was glad was helping me. She answered all my calls and emails swiftly, she was extremely informative and when things got tough or questionable she did all she could to help things go my way. I have to say without her I’m not sure this deal would have been as smooth.
