My experience with PDX renovations was a pleasant experience. After having a horrible previous experience with another company, I had serious doubts about going this route again.

Cody and Jackie were fabulous from the start. As time went on, everything was explained and any questions I had were just a phone call away.

I would recommend PDX Renovations and would use them again without hesitation.

I called PDX Renovations, and it was smooth sailing from there. The first person I talked to was Matt and he was awesome. Very professional all the way. Right away Brad one of his colleagues was at my house and agreed with the price I was asking as a fair price for all. Nikki at the office helped me through the paperwork and was very easy to deal with, any questions I had she was always available , never a missed call. From start to finish 2 weeks. I would highly recommend PDX Renovations to anyone selling a house that wants a smooth transaction with no headaches.

From the first phone call, I felt I was dealing with people who wanted to help me. Scott was very personable and put me at ease. Cody came out the next day to look at the house. We shook hands on an offer before he left. Jackie kept me informed with the progress and scheduled the inspections. I would definitely recommended PDX Renovations to anyone.

I was very impressed with each step of the process with PDX Renovations. I was helping an elderly friend sell her home and by chance heard about PDX Reno through a postcard they sent to me. From first contact to final closing the entire team was professional, transparent and consistent. Even with one staff change during the process, the team picked right up where the departing staff member left off. Very good customer service. Easy to work with and instant offer on the house. I had a set number I wanted and they came very close on the first offer even outlining what they expected to make on it once they remodeled the house (very transparent). Saved me the hassle and $$$ of renovating and saved thousands in realtor fees and closing costs. Easy no hassle sale. Couldn’t be happier.

It was a property that needed a ton of work inside, a probate mess for my family, and Joe and his team navigated the entire thing for me without issue.

He found the probate attorney, got me all the pics and info I needed to make a decision on what to do from here in Ohio, and literally 10+ other things they helped with for legal hoops I had to jump through.

I would absolute recommend Joe and PDX to anyone and everyone, and I'm glad I picked them over the other 2 "cash buyer" folks who offered me less money and didn't have the attorney relationships and history. Without those relationships, this wouldn't have been an easy sale at all.
