The team was professional, responsive, and upfront throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they took the time to answer our questions and explain their approach in detail.

Although they did end up backing out of the deal, they did so respectfully and without leaving us in the dark. Of course, it was disappointing not to move forward, but we appreciated the honesty rather than being led on or strung along.
