PDX Renovations LLC delivered on all counts. In my opinion, We received a net value, ( after factoring in $0 in commissions & $0 in closing costs & $0 in needed repairs to the house), that I felt was fair and equitable and we closed in 2 weeks and cash was deposited into our account the same day that we closed. This company was really really easy to work with. They walked me thru everything I needed to do and took the place of having a realtor and didnt charge me for any of their services. I also didnt have to do any repairs or nothing. I have been having a rough time with my back and they even let me leave behind a few heavy items I wasnt taking with me and took care of them for me which was cool. Gave me a fair price and saved me from dealing with a bunch of randoms walking thru my house. All the people I talked to there were real cool thanks again!

I have actually sold two homes to PDX Renovations. Our first home was a rental that we initially were planning on selling to another house flipper in Portland who had promised slightly more money but kept pushing for discounts and the deal went south. I called PDX Renovations and they were able to get everything done in less than a month and kept true to their word from start to finsih. A huge thank you to Cody and Nichole for being so communicative and pushing it to close when we needed it to.
