I called PDX Renovations because I was interested to see what I could get for my house (it's been a rental for several years and needs some repairs) without having to embark on the fixing up process myself. I was very impressed with Joe and Ernest. They told me that the house wasn't in that bad of shape and I could make more by doing a few things and selling it myself, and they gave me references of contractors that do good work. They didn't wind up buying my house, but they gave me some invaluable advice and were very honest and informative.
