PDX did an excellent job rehabbing our kitchen. Reasonable prices and high quality work. I highly recommend!

Honest, Trustworthy business. PDX kept me informed all through the process of selling my house to them. I simply signed a contract with them, and walked away with a check after closing. No hassles and no headaches like I have experienced when selling previous homes.

Joe and his team are great to work with.

I have known them for years and they provide incredible knowledge and experience in a feild crowded with newbies.

They are trusted and reliable in my book and that’s saying something

From beginning to end, Austin and the staff at PDX Renovations were friendly professional but above all, effective. They took in my needs and made them happen for me in a seamless and worry free manner. I highly recommend this company to any who need their services

I called in and I spoke with Darren. He walked me through a very complex transaction. Not only did he give me a fair offer for my home, but he helped me clean it out too. In my physical condition that was a true God send! Thank you PDX renovations!

I love PDX Renovations because the employees were kind, knowledgeable and proffessional. Especially Wayne and Janelle. It was hard for my Mom to see her home in such a shambles ,but Wayne was very considerate and kind to my Mom and my sister and myself. Thank you.

First word to describe PDX is integrity. PDX truly is a company of their word. PDX always returned calls in a timely manner. Janelle is awesome because she was so patient and professional with me. PDX was fair in their offer because I had three other offers. Most importantly PDX stayed true to "as is". I will refer PDX to my colleagues and myself will use PDX when I want to sell another house.

PDX RENOVATIONS made my transaction so much easier than I could have imagined, they were fair and very helpful through the whole deal ,I would definitely recommend them

PDXRENOVATIONS was a great com0nany to work with. Wayne,Janelle and Brad went above and beyond to keep me updated on each step and what to expect. I was anxious and had alot of questions, yet felt that I was their priority. I felt that I was treated with respect and understanding for situation. If you need to sell your home and want it handled well, with a fantastic attention to detail and want to be treated respectfully, call PDXRENOVATIONS!

PDX Renovations associates were patient in planning steps to sell while we worked through death in the family and barriers to selling. I appreciate very much their compassion. The situation was very challenging financially and the shape of the house was not good. I am grateful of their steadfastness through a long process. They go above and beyond what other companies would.

I am very happy with PDX Renovations. We were in town for a 48hr period and needed to help an elderly relative sell his house. Wayne (PDX) responded promptly and came to meet with us within 24hrs. He even brought the completed offer to the hospital for our relative to sign! Fantastic service and smooth process throughout. Thank you Team PDX Renovations!

Mr. Taylor and PDX are EXCEPTIONAL to work with. I contacted them about buying one of my properties. I thought for sure I would get a low ball offer, or they'd try to pressure me into something. That did not happen. I was impressed by their knowledge and felt they really wanted the best for me and my situation. I even got more money than I expected! They are very professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you Joe!

Many thanks to Joey at PDX Renovations for assisting us with a real estate transaction. We needed his expertise in an area of real estate we were unfamiliar with. He walked us through the legal process with detailed explanations. He was quick to return phone calls with many updates regarding advances. Joey handled this difficult transaction for our family with a true caring spirit and professionalism. We are very thankful.
