Thank you for investing in the home on 41st ave in vancouver, Wa. It has been neglected for many years. Today it looks wonderful. The trees have been trimmed, so the house is visible once again. The siding and bricks have been pressure washed, and it looks new again. There is now grass in the yard. I know the inside must be immaculate now because of all the work being done as the photos on zillow show. Thank you for restoring the beauty of this home. This is actually my second review of this amazing company. After they bought our home in Ridgefield Wa, (and we were so happy with the outcome) we approached them about taking a look at a home we had in Walla Walla, Wa. The home had been destroyed by renters and we just wanted to be rid of the headache. Not only did they make plans to go and see the home, promptly, they made an immediate offer! They offered more than the amount we needed to pay off the mortgage and still have some money left over! We were allowed to pick our own closing date and it was an extremely easy process.
