Austin has been so helpful to us! He was candid about how PDX Renovations functioned and gave additional advice about the large move ahead. They even offered his help even when we decided to list with a realtor rather than utilize PDX Renovations. just had to mention that the sale went exactly as PDX told us it would- the realtor wasted 3 months of time and eventually pushed us into a contract with a buyer that was less that what Pdx Offer price was. Don't believe what these realtor tell you, they don't know how your sale will go- they are polished to sell you that you'll get a higher price only to get that large 6-8% realtor commission. The Realtors are as slimy as car salesmen- go with a company Like PDX who is open and transparent. Wish we would have sold to them from the get go!!

These guys are quick! They were able to cut a check to my parents and close within two weeks of accepting their offer. We were in a bind and needed to sell my parents house quickly. There were many needed repairs and we didn't have the money to fix. These guys bought the house as-is and I didn't have to clean it nor do anything to it. We didn't know what we were going to do with my dad's non-working van that was sitting in the carport and they took care of that too! They were very patient while I worked on getting the title for the house. And they are very convenient. Three times they came to me (pick up keys, pick up van title and pick up house title). It was really nice that they would come to me instead of making me come to them. These guys are professional, courteous and really easy to work with. I'm thankful to Dane and Ryan for all their help with this process.

I recently sold my home and I'm proud of the people I sold it to. They were very nice, and treated me with respect. I don't talk much, but I listen VERY well. And the way they talked to me, gave me the impression that they were serious and honest about their dealings. And when they said they'd be back, they came back and did exactly what they said they would do. I was quoted a price, and I stuck to it, and they stuck by me. They didn't try to change my mind or change the price.PDX took good care of me.

I live in Northbrook IL. When I was trying to find out the name on the deed of my sisters house in Portland, after she passed away, I wasn't having any luck with the public records on file. Not knowing, where or what to do next, I saw the website of PDX Renovations and I called their number with the thought, that maybe someone could tell me how to get the information I sought. Wayne answered the phone and when I told him why I called, without hesitating he offered to try and find out for me. I gave him the name and phone number of the person handling my sisters estate. He made the call and got the results I needed to know. Within about a half an hour later he called me with the information. Although Cody knew he wouldn't be purchasing my home, he spent a good 30 minutes speaking to me regarding market values, the housing future, and was caring enough to give me some good advise and even suggested another route that may be a better fit. Thanks Cody for the info and the laughs!

They purchased my home as-is at a better price than other offers and were fabulous to deal with through several months – especially Austin Kent who coordinated everything. No realtor fees, no-doc stamps – and as I looked for a condo to buy, they were kind enough to extend my closing date, understanding I needed more time. It ended up I decided I did not want to live in a condo and they worked out a buy-out so that I could stay in my home. Unlike so many businesses these days, they were a pleasure to deal with
