We had a pipe burst in our house after we moved out to a new house. Before we could put it on the market, it flooded. With a delay by insurance, the house was further damaged. Unfortunately the insurance was not enough to fix the house. We were going to try and do the work ourselves to save money. Then my husbands stroke happened. With my husband in recovery, and a disabled son at home I was at my wits end. I contacted PDX Renovations. Gilbert came to our house and walked through. We answered simple questions and talked about what we wanted out of a sale. Of course we wanted the value of the house before the damage. But that just wasn't possible or realistic. We met on a Friday. I think within an hour or less we had an offer. It was very reasonable and we accepted. Really we could have made more if we did the work by ourselves, but at what cost.
