We ran into a roadblock with a renter move-out issue and they worked with me to help find a landlord attorney, and also moved the closing date out a month to give us more time to deal with this issue. Marissa and Cody were easy to deal with, very thorough and professional too. I would definitely sell to them again. They made this sale as smooth as it could have possibly been, especially under the circumstances we had to deal with.

I had a set number I wanted and they came very close on the first offer even outlining what they expected to make on it once they remodeled the house (very transparent). He found the probate attorney, got me all the pics and info I needed to make a decision on what to do from here in Ohio, and literally 10+ other things they helped with for legal hoops I had to jump through.

I was contacted by Brad in regard to a property I inherited, he inquired if I was interested in selling it. We discussed it, in the end it didn't work out, but through it all I felt Brad was very honest and professional. After his research on the property he told me I would do better by selling it through other means than what he could offer me. I was surprised by his forthrightness. I received similar calls from other entities that were not so truthful. In the future I would reach out to Brad if I was in a similar situation and would trust him to treat me right.
