He found the probate attorney, got me all the pics and info I needed to make a decision on what to do from here in Ohio, and literally 10+ other things they helped with for legal hoops I had to jump through.

I would absolute recommend Joe and PDX to anyone and everyone, and I'm glad I picked them over the other 2 "cash buyer" folks who offered me less money and didn't have the attorney relationships and history. Without those relationships, this wouldn't have been an easy sale at all.

I was contacted by Brad in regard to a property I inherited, he inquired if I was interested in selling it. We discussed it, in the end it didn't work out, but through it all I felt Brad was very honest and professional. After his research on the property he told me I would do better by selling it through other means than what he could offer me. I was surprised by his forthrightness.
