PDS Plumbing & Air

Starting with the day when I had called to inquire about an appointment, I got through easily and was able to obtain an appointment as early as the next morning (8am-10am). I had initially called for a possible pipe leak (I have sub-floors). The next morning, I received a call from Arthur just a few minutes shy of 8am, that he was in route to my residence. Arthur arrived around the time he stated. Introduced himself with a handshake. We talked about my concerns and he explained to me his professional thoughts and what steps it will take to achieve his findings. I loved this because I've had services provided before (diff company) and none has been this communicative. This allowed me to trust in Arthur's work and knowing he is in my home. When Arthur was done with crawling under my home, he provided pictures of my pipes/hvac under my home. While we have never gone under my home before, Arthur's pictures and his expertise assured us that our pipes are ok (newer, and not grandfathered pipes). We appreciated his honesty. Prior to Arthur leaving, he asked if we had other concerns, and while we stated that other concerns weren't part of our call, he asked us to ask away anyway -and we did! We had questions about our drainage, and some cleaning! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Arthur. One phone call for one concern, answered MORE than just one item. He knocked down small and big questions that we had, spoke our "language" when he observed we didn't understand plumbing jargon. Arthur is great. He will be the person I will request the next time I call PDS Plumbing & Air. He did not ask for this review.... I asked him for this opportunity to share what a great worker he is. Great work, should always be acknowledged. Thank you Arthur.
