I called PDS twice in 2 weeks for completely separate issues. Last week for shower temperature issues & this week for heater issues. Both times I received a very quick response and had a technician out the next day. I feel like the service was very fair & reasonable. The heating unit was a little bit of an upsale with the offer to give us a quote to replace the unit... but I appreciate it offered and not being felt pressured to complete it immediately.
