The guys that came out where very friendly and they really talked so I could understand what they where doing. The work looks great and it’s going to be so nice to have hot water!

Called PDS for a plumbing problem and get an appointment within a couple hours of calling, Antonio G showed up, found the problem. He then went and got the appropriate items for repairs, came back and quickly fixed the plumbing issue. I had called two other well known companies, Albritten couldn't come out till the next day, and Balanced Comfort couldn't come out for 5 days.

I have been a customer of Balanced Comfort for several years with an ongoing maintenance contract. Thankfully the Balance Comfort contract is up for renewal, and because of the outstanding service by PDS and Antonio, I have now switched to PDS.

We had a great experience!! Very professional guys came to our home to install and gave us all the information we needed. Within 5 days of our system dying, we had a new one installed! This company rocks! Thank you so much and God bless you all!

Tommy and Arturo were fantastic! They did many jobs for us, including new water pipes, a tankless water heater, a water ionization tank, and countless smaller jobs. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and enjoyable to have around!

I use PDS for my HVAC maintenance. I recently had a problem with my heating system. Celso Moreno was the technician who came out and identified the problem and ordered the replacement parts. He came and made the repairs and had to do some troubleshooting and was able to get the system running again. Celso was professional, service-oriented, efficient, neat, and on time. So happy I can always count on the professionals like Celso at PDS!

Both men I met were very nice. Estimate was a little high for the water heater and installation but I hope to be working with you as I need lots of repairs.

Cost of water heater was more expensive than any other service providers. I was told by my friends and others that it is too expensive to buy and install a new one. Like twice or three times than other. So far, everything is ok and I hope that this lasts longer to meet the price I paid.

From the initial inspection and consultation with Richard through the installation with Carlos and Chance my wife and I were completely satisfied with all of our interactions with PDS Plumbing and Air! Professional, considerate, and knowledgeable, we were at complete ease with our interactions with these true gentlemen.

My kitchen sink would not drain on either side. No matter what i tried, i just couldn't get anything to unclog and the water would just back up into the dishwasher. After searching for a resolution i called PDS and man did they come to the rescue! Antonio and his team were here in a few hours and were on it. The workers were very personable and super informative about every process. The team used a water jet to clean out my whole drainage system from the cleanout on the back of my house all the way to the front outlet to the street. Not only did that fix my issue, but i have noticed that even my showers drain faster and my toilets flush like a dream.

They were very reasonable in price. I won't name drop on the other quotes i recieved over the phone, but let me tell you this. Their price will not be beat by anyone in this area!

We had a leak in our slab. Anthony came out and checked everything out and gave us The most well thought out quote. They were professional from beginning to end doing a whole house re-pipe and anytime we had any questions after they were completely ready to help us. Truly, the most exceptional customer service.
