PDS did a great job servicing my furnace and changing my air filter. The tech went above and beyond to make sure that the furnace venting was not emitting carbon monoxide.

PDS impresses us once again! We had them clean out and sanitize all of our vents and air ducts in the house. This was no small feat because we have indoor pets and I'm sure there was pet fur everywhere in those ducts. PDS called before they were scheduled to arrive to let us know they were running a little bit late. Very considerate! Once they arrived, both workers were masked the whole time, and were happy to work with us to keep the humans and pets in our house safe while everything was being cleaned and sanitized. So glad we got this done before turning on our heat, because all that pet hair in our ducts would have made our whole house stink like burning hair once we turned on the heat! Also a huge peace of mind knowing that our duct work is sanitized due to the role that air systems can play in covid spread and prevention. Thank you once again for taking such great care of PDS!

Frank and his team are amazing! Daniel was the first contact we had when we called. He set us up with Frank and Mack who came out and walked us through exactly what we needed for the various concerns we had. Talk about great personal service! We are happy that we were fortunate enough to get these guys. Sometimes it isn’t the “big” commercial name, it’s the quality and drive of the company to really take care of their customer and these guys do! Quick, clean, thorough, affordable, but mainly personal! Frank, Mack and Daniel, treated us like they would their own home. Totally professional. Thank you all!

Awesome great service called in first thing in the morning they were out the same day , fixed my shower , replaced the part and tolde exactly what was wrong thank you !!!!

Very responsive. Reasonably priced. Called and they were able to come out the same day. The service tech was polite and answered our questions. Clean and used shoe coverings. I will use them again.

Thank you PBS Plumbing and Air for such a fast response time in coming over to address our plumbing issue. Also, Steve is such a great plumber who was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and clean.

The crew were courteous and explained things to me well. They cleaned up after themselves after having to go in to the space above the house, and they worked quickly and efficiently to install our new water heater.

Both of your technicians were polite and professional. They both arrived within the time scheduled, went about their work and clearly
explained to us what they had done. Also, we greatly appreciated their observance of the COVID 19 protocol by wearing masks.

The technicians turned up on time and finished installing two heaters by 12 noon. They were very approachable and i highly recommend this company

Great service guys, wear a mask. Had a issue with something not their fault, and owner priced the return call very fair , and removed cost of one call. Appreciate this honest company very much.

The plumber did a good job drip pan was bent around the sides however. The unit works well

Technicians arrived on time and were cordial. They did good work with little impact on my usual routine while I was home. The installation was fast and the water heater works perfectly.

This company accessed the problem; back flow valve, ordered the part needed and completed the job within a week. I gave them four stars because cleanup could have been a little better. Definitely will call again!

I would recommend PDS Plumbing & Air to anyone. My AC went out and the first company I called told me it was unfixable. I then called PDS plumbing for a second opinion and they told me my fan went out. They fixed the issue and it’s back to running good as new. Thank you PDS Plumbing. 👍🏽
